1. General Information
The website www.macelleriamarketbormolini.com is managed by M.V.S. S.N.C. di Bormolini Monica e C., with registered office in Via Ostaria, 553, 23041 Livigno (SO), tax code 93033470142 (hereinafter “Macelleria Market Bormolini” or “we”).
The only product available for purchase through the site is the purchase/gift voucher, which can be used exclusively at our physical store in Via Ostaria, 553, Livigno (SO).

2. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the voucher through our website. By purchasing a voucher, the user accepts the conditions indicated in this document.

3. Conditions of Sale
• The voucher can only be purchased by private individuals and not by companies or professionals.
• The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can only be used for purchases made at the physical store in Via Ostaria, 553 - Livigno (SO).
• The voucher is valid up to the nominal value indicated on it.
• It is not convertible into cash and can only be used in a single solution.

4. Prices and Payments
• The prices of the vouchers do not include VAT, as they refer to products sold in the extra-customs area of Livigno.
• Only payments with payment cards issued by authorised institutions are accepted.
• Installment or deferred payments are not permitted.

5. Delivery
• Free delivery: the voucher can be collected at the physical store or sent by email within 24 hours of receiving payment.
• Delivery by priority mail: if requested, the voucher will be sent via Poste Italiane with an additional cost of €2.90, and delivery will take place within 1-4 working days.
• Shipping is only available to Italy.

6. Right of Withdrawal
• You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the voucher, unless it has already been used.

• Returns are free.

7. Refund
• A refund is possible in the following cases:
o The voucher is unusable as it was severely damaged during transport.
o The voucher was not delivered.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• We are not responsible for delays or problems in delivery attributable to the shipping service or force majeure circumstances.
• We are not responsible for any loss or misuse of the voucher once it has been delivered to the purchaser or designated recipient.

10. Applicable Law and Competent Court
